Residenstial Construction
Residential home construction is simplified with ready cut materials and joinery delivered and assembled onsite. Each kit includes onsite delivery, assembly is optional after first order.

Once plans are selected for design review, we schedule an initial discussion that will be followed with a contract proposal.

Upon contract signature a 50% deposit is required to begin project and order raw materials. The remainder 50% is due at project completion.
Metalworking
Steel foundation platforms can be seamlessly designed per your engineers requirements for difficult locations and grades.
